Metal Halide Lamps - CDM

These are ceramic metal halide lamps and are called CDM-T, CDM-TC, CDM-R, CDM-TD. These are also known as CMH lamps. These lamps use rare earths and mercury and as they work at high temperatures they are inefficient in today's lighting world.

Halogen Lamps

A halogen lamp, also known as a tungsten halogen lamp, is an incandescent lamp with a tungsten filament contained within an inert gas and a small amount of a halogen such as iodine or bromine. Because these lamps use such nasty things such as mercury and also work at high temperatures they are very inefficient and use 8 times more energy than our LED lighting solutions.

LED Lights the way forward

A large number of UK retails are now looking at replacing their existing lighting with the latest LED technology. With savings of 80% plus on the cost of the electricity, which is normally 25% of their total energy costs the savings are huge and it will also help reduce their carbon footprint.

Depending on the existing light fittings our LED Sustainable Lighting Solutions can be an easy retrofit. Our prices are amongst the most competitive in the market.

Our lighting solutions will enhance any retail environment and the return on such an investment will normally be less than 18 months when taking account of increased lifespan of the lights and reduce energy costs.

Our lighting solutions are perfect to help our clients sell their products, as we have dimmable down lighters and two levels of brightness, one is a warm white light and the other is a cool very bright white light.
