Returns & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Cotswold Home and Garden Company. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you will need proof of purchase.
You will need to contact us on 01666 504 015 to notify us of your request to return an order or item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will need to ship via a tracked method with appropriate insurance. We are not liable for any damages caused during transit.
Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect it and inform you of the decision as to whether you are eligible for the refund.
If your refund is approved we will refund the value back onto your original payment card/method.
Credits usually take up to three working days to show in your accounts.
In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or the product(s) delivered is incorrect please either refuse delivery and contact us so we can arrange a replacement, or if the delivery has already been accepted, photograph the issue and notify us on 01666 504 015 and email@example.com
Your Right to Cancel
If you have placed an order but have not received the goods then you have the right to cancel an order. To cancel an order please call us immediately on 01666 504 015 and email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can ensure your order is cancelled prior to shipping.
